mac..cubase and plugins

ia have been working for some months now with an rme fireface 800 some great mic preams such as avalon focusrite and rme micstasty and a great pc..but i ve just ordered a mac...from what i see all the plugins for mac comes with the protools software..and i cant find anywhere some plugins to work with mac and cubase
can i do that?will i have better results with my mac and cubase and rme...or the plugins for mac only come if u buy the protools software....cause i love cubase 4 and my rme...but i am sure that i want a mac cause i recently work with mac and its so much better than a pc..anyway...if u know tell me some stuff about this setup if u know or if anyone has worked with a simillar setup

Many of the plugins there are free. Some are shareware (inexpensive) and some are full-blown commercial plugins that cost hundreds of dollars.

That being said, spend some time there and you will find just about anything you need for free. Download several, try them out, see if they get you what you're looking for. That's really the only way to go.

thanx a lot man...i ll try them...but all these time i was working mostly and only with the waves plugins...and i dont think i ll find the for free
