Hello everyone, my name is Matt. I am brand new to the forum, I hope to learn a lot from you all, and hope to someday return the favor. Well I am basically brand new to recording music with a mixer and a tracker all connected together, before I just used the boss br-532. Now I run into new problems while trying to get "bigger" bands recorded. I guess what I am basically doing is doing taking input from all the instruments through the mixer and sending the signals to the boss br-532. After I record something, say I do not like the vocals EQ, and I want to change that, I can route the playback of that track to the mixer and change the EQ and add efx. how can I bounce the track now with the new sound? I am having trouble getting all the wiring correct, I keep getting heavy feedback while trying to "play" the tracker and feed it into the mixer and re-recording the new sound on the input on the tracker. LOL can you follow me? I am sorry for this mass confusion.

Try using the tape in/out RCA connections from your mixer to the corresponding on the back of your BR0532. Make sure you throw the Sub bus switch on the back of the BR-532. That should get rid of the squealing.

I think this is a great little unit. I just outgrew mine. I now send an optical digital cable to my soundcard and use the BR-532 as a analog/digital converter and effects for my PC based DAW.

Thanks for the idea.. I have been using the 2 track in/out RCA connections. However! I never even thought of switching the Sub bus switch. I will try this tonight and let everyone know how it goes. Thanks again!
