Feb 25, 2008 08:27 pm Sorry it took so long to get here.
Had a listen tonight.
I'll start with the up front stuff. The vocals and snare are really up front and loud. The snare is a bit dull sounding and could do with some EQ to make it smack more. The vocals are in need of some reverb as they are really dry. Not a heavy reverb like you used on the one part, a nice small light reverb will do to help settle them into the mix. The bass guitar and kick drum are in need of some EQ as well. They are very muddy and could use some low mids added as well as a tiny bit of mid to help them come alive in the mix.
When I get some time I'll have another listen and see what else I can hear.
Mar 02, 2008 07:52 pm I'd have to agree with what Noize said in most parts. Everything seems to be behind the drums and the vocals just sound like they are nothing but the reflection of the original source. Although, I do like how you kept a moderate amount of dynamics in it. And either try using more compression in the voxs or tell the singer to stay the same distance the whole time. It seems that he dips in and out of volume.
Hope this helps man. Doesn't sound bad by any means!
