M-audio Fast Track Pro & Cubase

I'm planning on picking up a audio interface device to use with my laptop...It's a new laptop with Vista.

I was looking at Fast Track Pro & Fast Track USB...read some online reviews and tons of compliants against Fasttrack USB ($99), but tons of great reviews for the Pro ($200)...I don't need the extra 2 inputs, but i would rather spend the money on something of better quality.

My question is:
From experience, does the M-Audio Fasttrack Pro work well with Cubase SX and/or SE? I've searched all over the internet but can't find any answers. I know the description says "With most software"...but I want to know if the device works really well, especially with Cubase. I have the 1010LT on my desktop and works perfectly...but i've never used an external usb interface on a laptop before.
