Mackie ONYX 24-4 problem

Hi, fairly new to sound tech'ing, so here goes. Our church put in a new system with the above mentioned board. Everything ran smooth for 6 months. Now last week, Rude Solo (pfl light) won't stop flashing. It's not a problem, except we broadcast live on Sunday morning on local cable, and I need to monitor the #1 and 2 outputs on the bottom right with AFL. With PFL always on, I can't monitor AFL. I've hit every PFL button many times to no avail. Any ideas?
