Hey I'm thinking of buying this sound card, I can get a second hand one in perfect working condition for about 10-15euro cheaper than a new
M-audio audiophile 2496.
What should I go with, which is better?
Any key features that one has and another doesn't that I should look for?
Here is a review of the E-MU product. (just so you're sure what I'm on about)

Thanks.

Jan 24, 2008 08:13 pm I use the EMU0404 PCI card. It's okay once you get used to its oddities. The Patchmix programs takes some getting used to.
I do like having optical in/out, balanced 1/4" ins and outs, midi in/out, and digital RCA in/out. It gives me options...
Lots of people like the Audiophile 2496, but I don't think it has as many in/out options.
My 2 cents.
