I have another version of cubase already, and i just purchased an omega (waiting for that puppy to ship) and i know the omega comes with LE but will a already installed version just pick it up? Ive been recording for a while using a four chanel mixer to the sound card with SX and a bunch of VST junk ive aquired over the years, if i install this other cubase will my older files be accessable through LE? Is LE an upgrade from SX? Help. . .the more i type the more questions i have!

If you install this version of Cubase you just got, don't even install the LE version when the Omega comes, just install the drivers for the Omega...the new Cubase will see it just the same.

thanks, I really like the SX (maybe cuz im used to it) but from what i hear the PAntheon reverb only works in the bundled LE is it that great really? im using some rack effects that seem to do the trick any way. Oh by the way great forums I learned a ton of answers to questions i didnt even know i had!

so, I'm pretty sure LE stands for Limited Edition, meaning it is limited. I think limited to only 32 tracks, and who knows what else. I don't know about the reverb, but I would definitely stick with SX.... which i'm pretty sure doesn't stand for sucks.
