How do you connect the cables from the interface in the control room, to the mics in the live room without letting sounds leak through the wall?

wall plates are cool We've got really nice ones at the school. They have 16 XLR inputs, about 10 1/4" inputs and about 6 1/4" outputs for headphone mixes. Unfortunately I didn't take a picture. I'll make sure to take one next week.
