Yes there is, but, it requires a lot of gear to do right. First you need a resistor bank capiable of handeling the rated output of your amp. Like a 8 ohm resistor at a 1000 watts. Second you need a volt meter. and third, you need an Oscope. Whit all of this, you can properly test an amp. Just using a speaker and a volt meter will be inaccurate. Sicne the resistance a speaker will change at frequince. If you don't have these pieces, check with any local sound or repair company in your area. See if they can help.
