Nov 16, 2007 06:35 am no, it's an analog mixer.
It can act as a preamp bank for multiple inputs, to send to a recording device, but it won't do any recording on it's own.
You'll need a PC with some type of soundcard / audio interface to accept incoming signals, or a standalone DAW type unit, that has a hard drive inside it, to accept and store the signals.

Nov 16, 2007 02:26 pm Again, no. Without a multi-channel sound card all you can do is take a summed stereo signal from your mixer. You can put however many signals into your mixer, but any stock computer sound card will only be able to take in a single stereo signal.
You can get a little tricky with the stereo signal and use it as 2 discrete channels but that's about it.
You need a seperate channel on your sound card or interface for each separate track you want on your computer.
