I posted a cover of an Alice Cooper tune and for some reason it wont stream. Other members tunes play fine. Is there a certain format? Its a 128 mp3. Its under the rock category, title is Second Coming/Dwight Frye. Thanks

Nov 14, 2007 03:55 pm Thanks. :)
Nov 14, 2007 03:56 pm Just curious, what did you encode it with? That player plays most anything.
Nov 14, 2007 05:06 pm Encoded with Itunes. The mp3 plays on all my stuff and at my soundclick site.
Nov 14, 2007 05:31 pm I re-encoded with another program. Will upload it
Nov 14, 2007 05:37 pm Does same thing. Strange. Let me try another song.
Nov 14, 2007 05:47 pm Second tune doesnt work. Is there certain information that has to be included before it plays ?
Nov 14, 2007 05:52 pm try uploading it without a + in the name...I may have to filter that character out.
How do you people come up with the need to use these silly characters in file names...
Nov 14, 2007 06:03 pm That was it. Thanks !!!! Put Second Coming back up and it works !!!

Nov 14, 2007 06:36 pm I'll go have a listen in awhile or tomorrow. Nice song to cover by the way!
Nov 15, 2007 03:20 pm OK, well, + is now filtered in file names, yet another character I don't allow. If you have one in the filename, I am going to take it out and send a shock through your keyboard. :-)
