For some reason everytime i open wavelab, itll open up, amost completely load, then it will just stop responding. I dont get it, i used to run it all the time with no problems. What should i do?

And i have cubase sx installed, i tried to uninstall it, but it cant find install.log. If i go to my computer and find the cubase folder, and trash it, will it get rid of it?

Deleting isn't the best thing to do, uninstalling is better, but if you can't just try reinstalling over the existing install. Failing that, then wack it.

Using a registry cleaner between installs may be a good idea too.

What about the wavelab? ive even uninstalled it, installed a previous version, and the same thing happened..

The main reason i need wavelab is to use vst plugins, because cool edit doesnt support vst. I have a vst to dx adapter, which lets me use vst plugins in an application that doesnt support vst, but the plugs i really need still dont show up in the list.

I bet it's a bad plugin that's freaking it out - happens to me now and then. Installed any new vsts or even vstis lately?

pull all the DLL's out of the plugins folder, put 'em back one by one, see which one weirds out.

to quote, type thusly:

[_quote_] text to be quoted [_/quote_ ]

take out the _ from the line above, and should work.

Those are square brackets, they don't show very well with the underscore next to them.

Read the "UBBcode Instructions" underneath the reply field.
