youtube has some serious problems with it's copyright enforcement... I've seen people claim things that aren't theirs- especially on parodies... it's pretty much if anyone complains and says 'copyright' then they'll remove it.

Well, hard to blame them, really, "copyright" is today what "witch" was in Salem or "communist" was to McCarthyists, ya know?

I remember when John Fogerty's own publishing company sued him because his song "The Old Man Down the Road" sounded too much like "Run Through the Jungle". Ridiculous.

Yeah, I remember that, he proved that you can legally plagiarizer yourself regardless of who owns it, I love it.
