M-Audio Vista dilemma.. help!

Hey guys, so after getting the computer of my dreams and selling my old laptop. I find that my m-audio firewire 410 doesnt work with vista!! This is a nightmare.I just got my ram up to 3gb to start recording! Does anyone have any ideas what i can do? is there any vista driver upgrade yet? any advice or help would be great. Im so frustrated..

hey zekthedeadcoe, did you have any luck using this vista driver? after installing and plugging in the m audio. vista says it wants to install it using the driver cd. i direct it to the driver but it says no driver found.. where should i direct vista to look for the driver? not the initial driver cd right? cause thats for xp.. if anyone knows it be a lifesaver!

I use an Edirol card ... on Linux... so I have no idea. :)

you probably should ask m-audio.

Cliffriff, there should be a FAQ on it at M-Audio already as I know it was an issue on first release. They should have a listing of the steps to follow there. I would look for a link, but I am short on time at the moment.
