I have taken a second crack at this song. Thank you for all the feedback. This is shortened, widened, deepened and simplified. Please let me know your thoughts. PS- still feels grainy and harsh to me. How do I warm this up?

Aug 02, 2007 10:00 pm Wow, nice tune for sure. Nice arrangement and instrumentation. I liked the vocals as well, Although they did seem a tiny bit out front at times as did the chorus harmony parts. I think it may have to do witht he entire mix being a little heavy on the mid's and upper mid's. Although the drums came through for very well, and the bass was sitting real well also in the mix. I liked the tremelo guitar part for sure.
I'll have to give it a little more serious listen again though.
Otherwise very good song, definitely something I would listen to more of.
