Boss BR-532 multi-tracker

Any owners/users of this unit here? This is a digital four-tracker with 8 v-tracks per channel for just under $400. I'm thinking of going this route instead of PC, so I'm seeking opinions on this particular unit. I just need something to record acoustic guitar & vocals with minimal effects. Thanks.
