Hi I,d like to know what i need gear wise to transfer recorded stuff from my tascam to pc/or mac.All i can do at the moment is use the stereo outs.Do i need a sequencer?
I have no idea.Please help.

Ah, 788 my bad. Says you can buy a CD burner for the SCSI port on the back ($499 on the website). Apart from that, doesn't look like theres much you can do apart from the stereo outs.

MIDI ports send and receive data and can control things like playback, EQ and dynamics controls etc on the 788. It does not send and receive audio.
