Hey guys, my film group just competed in the 48 hour film contest last week. We took second place, best director and audience choice awards for the local competition but now that the contest is over we are thinking about cleaning it up a little and adding more music and maybe posting it to youtube or entering other contests with it. I'm not too sure what direction the director and editor want to go with it so I'm not sure what types of tunes they want just yet. If anyone would be interested let me know. Thanks Guys!

Jul 04, 2007 11:38 pm can you throw up the original version you have? i'm not at liberty to contribute but if we knew what we were dealing with, someone might say "hey, this would be perfect for that"
know what i mean?

Jul 05, 2007 12:05 am go to www.visualcliff.net and check out our instrumental stuff as well as the vocal stuff and if anything moves ya I would be glad to donate the tune(s). The only thing I would want is a finished copy of the product to use promotionally.
Peace,
Rob

Jul 05, 2007 01:53 pm Thanks guys. I don't have a copy of it but I will call the director and see if he will put one up. It is a comedy. Our subject was Holiday and we did it on "April Fools Day" which isn't a real holiday but we wanted to do something different. I know he told me that there are two scenes that involve music coming out of a radio. I'm sorry I can't be more specific just yet. I'll keep you all updated as it moves along. Thanks!
Jul 06, 2007 08:09 pm Diemusik, you're welcome to use anything in my music profile, with proper credits, of course. Four of the songs are property of my stepsons, but being Marxist communists, they will probably feel justly rewarded by seeing their names on YouTube! LOL
