Both. I guess if you're not downloading donkey porn or the latest movies, then you have nothing to worry about. I've always been paranoid that "They" are watching every move I make online...I hope they're not reading the stuff I'm writing right now.

They can go after search engines, RIAA has already gone after ISP's to get IP/user info to go after peeps for piracy, so this shouldn't be at all surprising.

That said, just cuz they go after them, doesn't mean the SE's will give it up.
