Sonar Home Studio Offer

I signed up to finale, and downloaded their free Notepad software a few months ago, and now I just received this:

in email, saying I can purchase SHS for 59$

I'm probably not going to use it, but figured someone else might be in the market, and if it only takes signing up with finale and DL notepad, then it might be worth it.
