ok so i had cubase sx which i was using to load songs and chop up samples for my reason. well i got the mixer hoping to get some recording vocals going....well i got it all hooked up.followed the directions even called alesis but i cant get a read out on my vocals...and now my reason wont play back or open since i changed the sound set up the usb codec....what the hell do i do...this is riving me nuts...supposedly this was to be easy...plug and play....but it isnt.

Mar 28, 2007 10:28 pm The Multimix is now your soundcard. that is if you loaded all the drivers. try turning stuff on in this order
1 multimix
2 computer
3 perifs
when you boot cubase you have to set up your chnl ins and outs from the devices pulldown.
if it still gives you problems uninstall the drivers and reintall them again. Ive had similar problems with mine. and after i decided i would accually read some of the manual i was able to squash most of the bugs take your time relaxe this is supposed to be fun remember?
