Audition & Sonar: Frequency Comparison

I read the EQ'ing article in the Tips section and it shows graphically when 2 tracks frequencies are occupying the same space, and how to cut out invading frequencies etc. Is there a program in AA2.0 or Sonar 6.0 that shows this graphically?? I saw in AA in Edit View there is a Frequency Analysis window, but I'm not sure if this is what I need or not it's a little hard to read. Maybe someone can direct to a Plug-in that does what I want, and hopefully it will let me compare track to track.
Thanks.

In Sonar 6 use the Cakewalk pluggin called Analyst. That is a pretty decent one and can be assigned either in the FX bin or as a track insert effect.
