Add Your Gig Dates to HRC's calender

I have heard a few people lately say things like "I'm going to [insert location], anyone know what is going on, or any HRC members there?"
With that in mind, in the community section I have added an events calendar where people can list their gig dates, dates of cool festivals, or whatever the heck music related things of coolness is going on in your area.
It's currently open to all logged in members...whether or not it remains that way depends on how it's treated. Use it well, promote yourself, list your shows, but you know, don't friggin spam the shiznit out of it with garbage.
If this listing becomes relevant and used enough I plan to make it front page info, add it to each contributors profiles for personal event dates and such other cool stuff...perhaps even syndicate it via XML feeds to other sites.

Mar 24, 2007 10:41 pm Very cool dB, I have tons of dates for bands all over the world I can add to it. And as well I've been invited to a festival here in MN that I will post on there. I think you would like it as well. It's got a very hippy kinda feel to it and its even family and kid friendly. But I digress. Great feature to add for the HRC users if ya ask me.
