Mar 19, 2007 03:41 pm I use 3 channels on my mixer when recording, only on the toms as my tom mics are cheap. It was nice to be able to EQ them and have less *boooooom* upon capture. Of course, you can always do so afterwards and I think less equipment in the chain would be better. Of course I would always wait to see what the seasoned vets have to say also.
