Firestudio Vs M Audio Project Mix?

Im debating wheather to purchase a Firestudio an M Audio Project Mix. I keep hearing that "the firestudio might have better pre amps but for the money the M Audio is amazing" I was just wondering if anyone has heard anything about either one. I like having the option to work in pro tools so im leaning towards the M Audio but if the firestudio has better pre amps im not sure.

Any input would be awesome, Thanks!

I've got one of these,

One of the reasons i went for this was their Octane preamps and FX software,
I haven't spent much time with it yet but, i've been impressed with what i've done with it so far.
It works with pro tools also.
