NEW EQUIPMENT!!!

i just customized my own mixer! it may not be the best names but its amazing.

its a firepod (has 8 channels)... it has direct outputs for each input. those go to a 15 band eq... but i have 4 dual 15 band eqs, so that means every channel gets ITS OWN 15 band eq. those go into my computer, loop into it and out it as a stereo track into a dual compressor and that into a dual sonic maximizer. all that goes back into the computer as a final track.

its pretty confusing and itd be SO much easier if the firepod had a fx loop but it doesnt so i have to run it through my computer like this.

freddie and i spent 1200 bucks makin this thing happen. when ur not trying to add any effects on the tracks, u can get anything to sound close to perfect with this 15 band eq per channel thing. its awesome!

i havent gotten to run it through the computer with the compressor and sonic maximizer in it yet cuz i havent had enough time to set it up but thats just my idea on what will work. so far without that, its working great!
