pretty heavy oldschool metal song..probably my best! I wrote all guitar parts minus the last 2 solos, (credit to chris feener on those),bass and my buddy stefan Wrote the drumtrack, i just went over it and tweaked it alittle. This was recorded with an epiphone Les paul special, through a guitarport. Drums were done with EZdrummer DFH, Bass on a s***ty $100 bass through the guitarport, and all mixing was done in Nuendo.
Overall im pretty happy with this song..id love to have some feedback on this song tell me what you liked/didnt like on it..thanks!

I was seeing Eddie coming at me from all sides while listening. In other words, nice Iron Maiden sound to it. Well placed guitars made for a full sound out of that mid range type tone. My only beef would be as stated above, the kick and toms need a tiny bit of boosting. And the bass guitar needs a good thrashing of compression to help it really drive the mix along.
Other wise I loved the arrangement, all well played to I might add.

Mar 16, 2007 02:55 am Very cool loved all the guitar solo's, some really great stuff. I would agree the bass and drums could be a bit more present, but still sounds very good to me as is.
