Hey kids, what are some good soft synth programs that can be controlled by external USB MIDI controllers?

Loki, did you install the soft synth that come's with Sonar? That is one of the best out there, and it can be controlled right thru Soanr. Otherwise, I will make ya a list tommorrow when I am more awake.

Loki, before you go buy one, install dreamstaition adn give it a try. It is one of the better softsynth's out there. I would even go as far as to compare it to several in the $400,00 range that I have. Oh ya, I had to add this. The Dream Station DXi is fully automatable from within Sonar. So you can play it, and play the sequance back and go tweak the knob's and such, and it will record all the knob movement's into the track. So if you want to crank the rez up and down or tweak a filter while you play or listen it will record it and play it back that way. And best yet, you can then export it as a wave file, complete with all the tweak's.
