Nov 18, 2006 12:26 pm So you are going to have to bins on each side then? Are you driving 2 amps per side as well?
Nov 19, 2006 04:56 am i'd think a simple XLR to 1/4" TRS adaptor would work....

Nov 20, 2006 06:03 pm What I showed you above is pretty much your alternative to that. Unless you have a shop that can custom make one for you or you can do it yourself. I could not find any pre made in my search for them.
Nov 21, 2006 04:51 am ok are you dooin' this before or after the poweramp? if you're spliting speaker (power) outputs, this could hurt your poweramp, but if you're splitin' before the signal hits the power amp, then this could be done.

Nov 21, 2006 06:07 pm I think if I read it right he is splitting before the power amps.

Nov 21, 2006 11:59 pm Yip I’m splitting from the output of the x-over going into the amps.
Even just a small tutorial on how to wide them up my self would be great?

Nov 22, 2006 04:51 pm Well I can explain it quickly. I will look and see if I can google a diagram of how it should be done as well.
1/4" TRS _________________ XLR
Tip ______ + or high ____ Pin 2
Ring _____ - or low _____ Pin 3
Sleeve ___ Shield _______ Pin 1
On the XLR you can ground the shield but it isn't really recommended to do that anymore.
