Sonar 4 Producer Edition Audio Driver Error!

Whenever I try to run Sonar 4, an audio driver error box comes up that says:
--
The following driver(s) either do not support the current audio format, or are in use by another application.

Please choose whether you want to disable them or use them anyway.

--
My interface, tascam us-122l, appears on the list. When I select "use anyway" the program starts, and the us-122l is listed under the audio track's inputs, but none are able to be selected. I tried finding out if any other programs were "using" my us-122l. I didn't find any. I even tried booting in safe mode, but, as usual, that solves few problems, since interface is USB. Anybody know where my mistake's at? thanks.

Do you have the most current drivers installed. Check on Tascams website and see if you do.

As well, double check and make sure yoaure using the ASIO drivers, not the MME.

You may end up having to uninstall the drivers and the US-122 and then try re installing them. Make sure you dont plug the US-122 into the USB port untill the driver install is finished and tells you to do so. Then make sure and let windows do the search for the correct drivers, unless you know exactly where the installer put them, then you can direct it. But that is usually not the route to take. Unless you find that windows is installing a generic driver and that will possibly cause the problem you are having and will force you to direct it to an exact location for the drivers.
