ok, still missign ym sonar 5 pe book.
how would i use v-vocal to make a 14 year old boy sounds very mature and heavey metal?
step by step?

Aug 30, 2006 07:43 am V-Vocal is pitch correction. My suggestion for your issue is simply to work on training your voice.

Aug 31, 2006 07:08 pm V-Vocal will also do gender adjusting and harmony creation and several other things to twist vocals and pretty much any instrument.
To do gender you will need to do a pitch drop and use the formant control to adjust it for a more realistic sound.
With the pitch button on simply select the section of the vocal you wish to adjust the pitch on by dragging the curser across that section. The grab the yellow line and pull it down. This will bring the pitch of the slected clip down. Then go in and adjust the formant control to make it a more realistic sound.
