Does anyone own this? I have had it recommended to me by some very helpful forummers, but I'm not sure whether my computer will have the juice to run it effectively. So my question is this: Does anyone have trouble with this bit of kit due to their computer limitations? I own a Pentium 4 Mobile 1.8GHz, with 512 Mb RAM.

That should handle it pretty well.

I have run it on both my newer PC and my older PIII 667 with 786meg of ram. It works fine on both machines. There is no real system draw that I have seen. And as well I didnt notice any real pull on the USB current when running both SLR inputs with phantom power on.

Honestly it gets used here as much or more then my higher end interfaces.

I run it on a Pemtium M 1.8ghz with 1gb of RAM no problem. I think that the 512 would be fine but more memory is always good.

best value for money/use gear I own
