typical trade show, floors full of music gear with scantily clad women trying to sell it to you.

Its just like a car show only with musical gear instead. It gets really loud and annoying at times with all the manufacturers competing for sound space.

But yes, you get to see a ton of new goodies that are being released, upgraded or whatever.

Definately. I havent gone in a good long time either. Although, indeed as well the invites have been there, just no time. We should try and plan for possible winter NAMM.

Earnie Ball had a bunch of liquor in their booth, me and my friend got drunk right there! and i fell in love with the Bongo Bass....cool show indeed, i walked out with tons of free crap like gold cd-r's, Waves plugin bundles, about 15 Peavy shot glasses, and a ton of various neck straps for the badge....the highlight was the Dean booth's tribute to Dimebag, i think i remember sheding a tear (ofcourse this was after the Earnie Ball both visit).

If any of you guys do decide to go to Anaheim, send me an e-mail (or post it here) and maybe we can hookup for a beer.
