Hey HRC -
I use Nuendo and I'm trying to apply a plugin to an input signal and hear the result as I monitor (i.e. while i play the instrument). For example, I want to be able to add distortion to a guitar track and hear the distorted guitar as I lay down the track and not just afterwards when I playback. Any suggestions? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Jul 12, 2006 01:09 pm In N-track it's called the 'Live' button. Maybe it's called something like that in the manual.
Jul 12, 2006 01:14 pm In audition it's a selection between monitor external mix (straight to soundcard) vs. Audition mix (processed).
