That hearts flea protection stuff gave my cat a seizure and we tried to file suit and found that there was a huge list of people trying to go after the company already. But nothing has become of that and they still sell the stuff.

And to let her go with some complete stranger, what an idiot. And the girl is as well to blame. There are more then enough warnings every corner you turn to mkae people understand that there are bad people out there. But hey, the bad people know there are just as many stupid people as well.
Oh, by the way. I'm sueing DiAdario because I got a blister on my finger from playing with their guitar strings.

Jun 21, 2006 03:50 pm Actually in Texas if you get in an accident due to drunk driving the bartender can be held partially responsible, as legally they are not supposed to allow anyone to get drunk, but if they do they are supposed to make sure that they have a ride home. Of course, Once you get home you may want to go out again, at that point I think it's retarded to put the blame on the bartender.
Jun 21, 2006 06:04 pm a neat thing I ran into when I was in a christian band... people will tell christian band member anything.... a girl killed all of her friends while driving drunk... but she wasn't legally responsible because she was not the driver when the car started moving... the origional driver (also drunk) switched out with her while they were moving... she wasn't even charged with DUI because it was the origional drivers responsibility to have control...
when deployed we had a guard who was horribly drunk... but it was perfectly legal because he wasn't assigned guard druty until after he was drunk...
