So, has any ever picked up anything during a tracking session? Anyone tried any EVP experiments?

I'm intrigued.

No, but I was listening to some of those not to long ago . Some were very obviously fake, and could be associated with some of the fx we use pretty extensively these days . BUT the ones that just came from out of the blue, and very clearly stated some irrelivant statement... boogedy-woogedy ! Make the hair on your arms stand straight up !

Only the occasional toilet flush when using a bathroom for a vocal booth.

The 'spirits' seem to use the words 'very well' quite often...

Some of it seems like an act, and the computer stuff looks like bull, but I'm very interested in the audio side.....

Yet there are the ones where the questions are asked, and the answers are imprinted in reverse on the tape. That really negates the possibility of a rogue radio transmission or such.
There's some far out stuff that's on the periphery of the "phenomena", but also some compelling stuff too. I'm keeping an open, but cautious mind.

I wondered, given that just in HRC community there are dozens of people with mics open all day, every day, if anyone had caught any errant "voices" they couldn't explain.

I should add that yes, I do believe it is possible. And I do believe in the spirit world and such.

I spent a couple years of my young childhood in a haunted house, the rest of my family even thinks I'm nuts...

The house I was born in(in Chicago) used to be a rectory before my parents owned it.. in which a catholic priest hung himself, after he cast off his vowes for a nun that was saposed to do the same, but didn't .

Wonderful old house... totally haunted !

We don't think you're nuts... c'mon, tell us !

Nope, ghost stories are not nuts. My room as a child had the door to the attic in it. And what do you think happened almost every night on those creeky wooden attic stairs? But would my folks believe me, nope not at all.

I have never tried EVP but I think it could be possible. I spent the first 25 years of my life not believeing in ghosts and then I was harassed by one. Theres nothing like a first hand experience to change your mind.
