Hey everyone, I was thinking about buying a Snowball USB mic by BLUE and wanted to know if anyone had an opinion about them...I've only heard good things, my cousin who's a audio student said it'd be perfect for recording for cheap...

I bought a BLUE Snowball a few months ago and the USB compatability of the mic makes recording songs on my desktop really convenient and easy. The quality of the sound is very clear, even though the mic is relatively cheap. I think the Snowball is not only great for recording, but for pocasting as well. I hope this helps.
May 13, 2006 01:13 pm I'm bit of a gear head and I must admit that I love Blue's Snowball. It's a fantastic little usb mic....I've actually tried most of the usb mics out, there's only a few, but I like the Snowball far more than the others. It's a great a tool for podcasting, demoing, recording for cheap.
