A new mic by Blue Company . A friend is thinking of buying one for a small set-up geared towarda hip hop. Or any usb for that matter ??! anyone ?

Apr 13, 2006 10:16 pm The Blue USB mics seem to be working out just fine for those I have heard os anyway. You will want to make sure you have a USB 2.0 sonnection though as they wont work in the older USB 1.0 ports. I have even heard some good things about the Samson USB mic as well.
I would suggest heading out to the local music store and trying one out if it at all possible.
Apr 13, 2006 10:30 pm Good lookin' Noize. I'll pass it on to my bud. I don't think anyone in this area is carrying any USB mic. He found one for $139.95 @ Musician's Friend or the like. BTW, funny post regarding that U of M Pharmacy Frat gig...sounds like a show one of my old cover bands would have acquired. The walking pills.. halarious !
