Seems like too much for so little. Although I like the "Channel inserts and direct outputs on each mono channel plus main mix inserts for flexible connection of outboard equipment" feature.

Also, for those who are looking to upgrade... musiciansfriend and american musical have AKG C4000B and C1000s packaged for 499! Pretty good deal considering the C4000B is 699 alone.

Behringer is in the bussiness of too much for too little. That is what they do. They reverse enginer some products to build it cheaper, most times with equal quality as well.

AS for the mic deals. That would be about a$1000.00 mic package for half price. I might beware of that as seconds and refurbs have a way of finding their way into those kind of sales.
