alesis multimix 16 usb playback help

Help. I have a alesis multimix usb2.0. I have tried playback after I record a track and cant hear anything. I have all of my sound card set to alesis. I have also downloaded the latest drivers and firmware. I am using Cubase LE4. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
